Your information is confidential, always. Please be aware that your item will not be shipped until full payment is received. Please contact me if you need more time or if you would like to pay using a different method.
Shipping prices include the actual shipping fee, and packaging.
Items generally ship about 2-6 weeks after payment is confirmed. Some custom items may take up to 10 weeks. We are a small operation. Please have patience and know that we give the utmost care in creating, building, finishing, and shipping your item. We will not rush thru and item just to ship it. If it doesn't meet our standards, we will re-make the item or do what we feel is necessary to make sure it is perfect!
Orders placed within the United States will ship with either FedEx Ground or USPS First Class Mail/ Parcel Post. Your package will normally arrive within 2-10 business days of shipment. If you would like a different shipping method or would like "signature required to deliver" we are happy to accommodate! We always try to find the most economical way to ship to keep your cost down. Keep in mind that if you order during a holiday (we have a lot of holidays in New Orleans) that it may take longer. Priority Mail is available for an additional charge. Priority packages normally arrive within 3 days. Please leave a note at checkout if you'd like to upgrade your shipping, and I will send an invoice.
For over-sized items we ship Greyhound Package Express. That will require you to pick-up your piece from the bus station. We are also happy to get a quote from FedEx if you would prefer your larger item shipped to your door.
International First Class Mail can take 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on location, customs, and your country’s postal service. If you have not received your order within 21 business days of your order being marked "shipped", please send us a message. All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
If for some reason your package is damaged or lost in the mail, it is your responsibility to file the insurance claim with the shipping company. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. We are happy to replace the item but do require that we are reimbursed for the replacement by the shipping company before a new item is shipped. If you'd prefer a refund for the damaged item you will have to process that through the shipping company.

If this is a gift, I can include a special message from you and ship directly to the recipient.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. We will gladly
accept returns on pieces in their original condition within 14 days of
receipt for refund or exchange. Shipping and handling costs are not
refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping fees. Claims
must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. We cannot accept returns or give refunds on custom builds or orders with custom colors. We do charge a restocking fee of 25% to cover the cost of shipping materials.
All custom orders must be accompanied with a deposit
equal to 1/2 of the purchase price plus shipping or full payment. A special invoice will
be made especially for you at the time you agree with the details of
your order. When the order has been completed another invoice will be
creating so that you can pay the remaining balance if there is one. Orders will not be
shipped unless the item is paid for in full. All deposits are non-
refundable. Custom orders are not returnable or refundable.
If there is ever an issue with the workmanship or the quality of the item, we will be more than happy to refund, repair, or replace.
